Thoughts revolving
In my head
I am dizzy from their spin
Darkness swirling
Creates a whirlpool
That tries to sucks me in
Bitter remarks
Beat me down
Break my self-esteem
Constant critiques
And overthinking
Create an awful din
I pause
I stop
And lift my head up
See the world
That spins around me
And so my spinning thoughts stop
